东厦村是东厦镇下辖的行政村，城乡分类属镇中心区，辖东坑、下料、宣尾3个自然村，全村有834户、3443人，以方姓为主。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名由东坑、下料两个自然村合并而来，因“下”字与“厦”字同音，取名为东厦。1955年此地名为东厦大队，1984年改为东厦村。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年10月，本村被认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2025年11月，又入选「2025年漳州市乡村振兴实绩突出村」名录。[1]

生产与行政[edit]

村内有水田1050亩、山地4260亩。外出工作的干部职工有262人。[1]
