浯田村是东厦镇下辖的行政村，位于镇域东南部，依山傍海。厦云省道与漳诏高速公路从村中、村后通过，交通便利。全村有1346户、5128人。[1]

1949年以后，此地先称浯田乡；1958年改称浯田生产大队，1984年改为浯田村。[1]
地理环境[edit]
村域山海兼备，雨量充沛，气候宜人。村中有田地约3400亩，山地约16540亩，滩涂1200亩。[1]
村名改定时，取的是依山面海、土地肥沃的意思。[1]
