后江村位于陈岱镇东部临海处，与列屿镇山前村相邻，村民以渔业为生。[1]
地名由来[edit]
前江头村同样濒海，位于峰山的西南麓，故称前江头；本村位于峰山东北麓，因此叫后江头，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1952年称陈畔村，1958年称后江头大队，1984年设村，1996年一分为二，分出中江村。[1]
荣誉[edit]
省爱卫办于2021年11月把后江村命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
经济[edit]
村民以出海捕捞为生，村集体资产较少，近年在曾江垦区发展东方魨养殖。[1]
