下曾村位于镇域东南部，临近云四线，交通较为便利。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村址在月眉山下，原为曾姓的故居。清康熙年间，陈岱村的陈姓一支迁来此处定居。后来曾、陈两姓因故不和，以街巷为界，陈姓居住处称下南，曾姓居住处称下曾，此名沿用至今；改革开放后两姓不再以巷界分隔。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
此地1952年为乡；1958年成为下曾大队；1984年起称作陈岱镇下曾村；1999年又恢复为村。[1]
