长泰经济开发区是福建省漳州市长泰区下辖的开发区，成立于1997年，以电子信息、智能制造和新材料为主导产业。开发区内设兴泰、官山、港园、银塘四个工业园区，区政府网称其下辖3个行政村（社区）。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

区政府网称，开发区成立于1997年，是国家发改委第一批审核通过的省级重点开发区之一。百度百科则记为1998年通过省级开发区认定，两处所载年份不同，此处各依其出处。[1][2]

2020年以后，开发区推进体制机制改革，把自身发展放进漳州中心城市内核和区国土空间总体规划中统筹。区政府网以「一区二基地三产业四园区」概括其布局：整片开发区之外，基地分设港园与银塘，产业集中于电子信息、智能制造和新材料，园区则有四处。[1]

地理环境[edit]

开发区规划面积，区政府网记为35平方千米，百度百科记为总规划面积22.94平方千米，两处口径不一。[1][2] 区内建有2座220千伏、4座110千伏变电站，有日供水能力超3万吨的自来水厂和日处理2.3万吨的污水处理厂。[1]

交通方面，漳龙高速公路与319国道贯穿开发区，福广、厦蓉等高速公路在周边绕行，区内落地互通达5处；距厦门机场、厦门港约50公里。[1]

产业与人口[edit]

区政府网称，开发区现有工业企业500多家，其中规模以上工业企业266家；至2022年，开发区内国家级高新技术企业为90家，另有“独角兽”、“瞪羚”企业4家，其中宏发电声为漳州唯一获评“独角兽”的企业。百度百科另载截至2024年的数字，工业企业逾700家，规模以上者302家，两组数字年份不同。[1][2]

人口方面，截至2023年底开发区常住人口6800人，另有外来人工4.2万人。[1]

行政区划[edit]

区政府网的开发区介绍称其下辖3个行政村（社区），三者即兴泰社区、积山村和欧山村。[1] 不过区政府民政局2026年3月公布的行政区划表中，积山村、欧山村和兴泰社区都列在武安镇名下，表内没有开发区这一层级，开发区与银塘办事处则分列为两项。[3] 两份官方文件的隶属口径不同，此处照实列出。

开发区所辖的两个村分别为积山村与欧山村，二者均在武安镇行政区划中有记载。[1][3]
