苑山村在陈巷镇西北部，西边到龙津溪岸，北面与岩溪镇相通，面积约7平方千米，辖6个村民小组，共423户、1653人。村中以生态农业的立体种养模式为特色。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村名取上苑村的“苑”与奎山村的“山”合成。[1]

沿革[edit]

建国前属恭信乡西岩保，建国初划入第二区；1984年改设村民委员会。[1]

人口与农业[edit]

全村辖6个村民小组，共423户、1653人。[1]

农田2430亩、山地2495亩，另有鱼池800亩；村中采用立体种养模式，以水体综合利用和山体开发为主发展生态农业。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

2022年10月，经福建省农业农村厅认定，苑山村列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]

2022年12月，获「2022年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
