地名与沿革[edit]
村名取上楼与花洋两个自然村的首字；花洋原名横洋，因方言读音相近而改称“花洋”。[1]
建国前属恭信乡上花保，此后划入第二区上花乡；1958年公社化时设上花大队，1984年改属陈巷镇，称上花村。[1]
地理[edit]
东与祖地村接壤，西与夫坊村交界，北与美彭村相连，南以大仓山脉为界；省级中型水库活盘水库位于村境内。[1]
人口与农业[edit]
全村887户，人口3227人，15个村民小组。[1]
以农业为主，种植水稻、水果和蔬菜，其中果蔗种植约1000亩；花洋果蔬农民专业合作社种植韩国辣椒，销往上海等地。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2022年12月，获「2022年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
2023年9月，获认定为「漳州市2023年度市级“一村一品”专业村」，产品为芭乐；同年12月，又获认定为「2023年度福建省“一村一品”专业村」。[1]
