美彭村位于长泰区东部的陈巷镇境内，辖上彭、下彭2个自然村；离镇区约5公里，离县城13公里。村内以种植业和养殖业为主，2024年被认定为漳州市级“一村一品”专业村（青枣）。[1][2]

地名与沿革[edit]

村名各取美里自然村的“美”和下彭自然村的“彭”合成。[1]

公社化时期的1958年设美彭大队，1984年改设村民委员会。[1]

区位与交通[edit]

县道岩兴线（上田公路）贯穿全村，东与新吴村相邻，西与古农村相邻，南与上花村相依，距厦门口岸57公里、漳州市区32公里。[1]

人口与产业[edit]

全村703户，总人口2561人，设11个村民小组。[1][3]

以种植业和养殖业为主导产业，生猪养殖300头以上的大户约12户，另有一座占地70亩、培育景观树木的花卉苗圃。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年9月，获认定为「漳州市2024年度市级“一村一品”专业村」，产品为青枣。[1]
