陈巷镇是福建省漳州市长泰区下辖的镇，位于长泰区中东部，总面积127平方千米，辖13个行政村和1个社区，总人口约2.95万人。镇内有港园工业园区和农民创业园区，陈巷青枣获省级“气候优质农产品”认定；南宋时兴建的十五户陂至今仍是镇内重要的灌溉工程。[1][2]

镇内各村大多在1958年公社化时期成立生产大队，1984年改设村民委员会。[3]

产业与园区[edit]

港园工业园区位于镇区，规划建设面积2平方千米，电子信息产业是其主体；园内的宏发电声与宏兴泰电子，分别获得“独角兽”和“瞪羚”创新企业的认定。[1]

2023年，围绕宏发电声发展起来的新型电子元器件产业集群，被列为首批省级特色产业集群，在全市仅此一个。[1]

农民创业园区占地1.7万亩，以绿港园、宝绿、素一等为龙头，形成千亩现代农业专业区，是省级农民创业基地和市级农民创业园。[1]

陈巷青枣已连续3年获得省级“气候优质农产品”认定。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

十五户陂又名双圳陂，南宋时由陈耆倡建，始建于1226年，1237年建成。原先修筑陂16处，其中一处塌陷，留存15处，因而有此名。[4]

陂的渠首与泄洪口高差18.78米，可自流灌溉，灌区约1.27万亩，灌溉西湖村、古农村、雪美村等7个村。宋代设立陂长制，由陂长负责巡视、清淤、调度用水和维修。[4]

据百度百科，2026年10月14日，十五户陂所在的龙津古陂灌溉工程被列为世界灌溉工程遗产。[4]

著名人物[edit]

陈耆公（1195年—1264年）是南宋时期彰信里（今陈巷镇）双芹社人，家境殷实，多次捐资兴办利于乡里的公益事业，并捐出祖田主持修建十五户陂。[5]

戴时宗（1494年—1558年），字宗道，号良岗，明代福建长泰县彰信里（今陈巷镇）人，正德九年（1514年）中进士，任刑部主事，后官至都察院左佥都御史，任内曾编修族谱、修建社学、订立乡约，曾代皇帝主持郊祀，有“一日天子”之称。[6]
