地名由来[edit]
据《太平广记》所载，唐元和五年（810年）某次雷雨之后，岩壁崩落，人们在石面上看到刻字“石铭里”，村名由此而来。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
《长泰县志》记载，该村原属南安郡石铭里，建置早于长泰设县，后改属漳州市。[1]
民国29年（1940年），此地属岩溪镇石铭保。1951年设石铭乡，1958年组建石铭大队，1984年改设石铭村村民委员会。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
村内在唐代建有十二座寺院，遗址之一为栖云院，另有东寮文庙。百度百科称，东寮文庙是全国村级文庙中仅存的两座之一。[2]
物产[edit]
石铭芋头是特色产品，已获国家地理标志产品认证。村内并产长泰明姜，以无公害蔬菜种植和淡水立体养殖为主业。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2019年，该村被列为福建省首批“千年古村落”。[1]
2020年，村落列入第三批省级传统村落名单。[1]
福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予石铭村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
2025年3月，石铭村获确认为「福建省第一批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]
