上蔡村属福建省漳州市长泰区岩溪镇，位于镇南部，南临龙津溪，西靠良岗山，省道官九线穿境而过。境内共13个自然村，设22个村民小组。2014年，该村入选中国人居环境范例奖；2022年确认为福建省“一村一品”专业村，主产芭乐。[1][2]
地名由来[edit]
村名与蔡姓相关：元代，蔡姓先祖顺着龙津溪往上游迁来，在此定居，遂称上蔡。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年起改设上蔡大队，1984年更名为上蔡村；建国初此地还叫上蔡乡。[1]
产业与荣誉[edit]
村里种有台湾水果芭乐、杨桃等果树，并有养渔、大棚蔬菜和花卉。[1]
上蔡村于2022年12月获省农业农村厅确认，成为「2022年度福建省“一村一品”专业村」，品类为芭乐。[1]
2020年初，漳州市农业农村局把上蔡村认定为「漳州市2019年度市级一村一品示范村」，品类为水果。[1]
