岩溪镇属福建省漳州市长泰区，居区域中部，背靠良岗山脉，南面濒临龙津溪，被视为全区的地理中心。镇域面积203.50平方千米，设上宫、下宫两个社区，另辖11个行政村：锦鳞、上蔡、石铭、甘寨、珪前、珪后、霞美、湖珠、顶山、田头与高濑。镇政府所在的岩溪圩，名字来自龙津溪边的一处岩洞。镇内有鼓鸣岩、普济岩等古迹，镇政府称全镇森林覆盖率为67%。[1][2][5][6]

历史沿革[edit]

岩溪圩临着龙津溪，溪东有一个岩洞，地名因此而来。明代这里是旗考里的中心集市；明末，周边村庄与石铭里合力，又添设了市场。[3]

据博雅地名网的概况，一千多年前岩溪便是闽南茶马古道的驿站，承接内地与沿海之间的往来。[4]

镇中心有天妃宫，宫的上下两侧各成聚落，遂有上宫、下宫两社区之名。[3]

镇政府概况称，岩溪承担过省里小城镇改革试点的任务，综合改革与机构改革两方面都在此先试。[1]

地理环境[edit]

境北的良岗山、董凤山和鼓鸣山相连成脉，山峦起伏；地势从北往南倾斜，南部以龙津溪为邻。镇政府称全镇森林覆盖率为67%，空气质量达到国家一级，饮用水达到国家二类以上。[1][4][5]

国道355穿镇而过，甬莞高速在镇里设落地互通口；镇区到漳州、厦门各36公里，路网四通八达。[4]

经济[edit]

据镇政府概况，农业以蛋鸡、芦柑、芋头、中草药、花卉为五大特色，标准化蛋鸡养殖基地的单场规模居全省之首。另有省级农业龙头企业2家，省级合作社与家庭农场5家。[1]

工业上，产业园区以生物科技、建筑装饰、机械制造为主导。旅游上，境内有生态农场、果宿、景区与农庄等多类景点，生态与文化旅游相互融合。[1]

姓氏宗族[edit]

岩溪一带以叶氏、陈氏为主要宗族。珪前村为叶氏聚居的望族之地，甘寨村有明代建成的陈氏宗祠瞻依堂。[10][11]

文化[edit]

岩溪珪塘祭祀民俗始于1499年：明弘治末年，珪塘叶氏先祖叶仪、叶玭感念宋末三位忠臣，倡议每年正月十七举行“下水操”。三位忠臣文天祥、张世杰、陆秀夫被合称“宋朝三君子”，又称“九龙三公”。2007年8月28日，省政府将其列为省级非遗项目。[9]

镇政府概况称，镇内涌现过两位全国人大代表和三位全国劳模。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

戈林山有距今约3200年的商代古遗迹，镇政府概况称此遗迹可用于研究古闽越文化。[1]

鼓鸣岩在湖珠村鼓鸣山上，岩洞被风吹动时会响出鼓声，因此得名。1999年，它被认定为长泰县文物保护单位。[7]

普济岩位于珪后村，珪后古建筑群于2018年升为省级文保单位，普济岩是其中一处。[8]

荣誉[edit]

镇政府介绍称，全镇获得8项国家级荣誉和23项省级荣誉，其中国家级荣誉包括全国文明村镇、全国农业产业强镇。[1]
