招商局漳州开发区在福建省漳州市龙海区境内，别称漳州港，地处厦门湾南岸与九龙江出海口一带，是国家级的经济技术开发区。[1][2]

区内下辖七个社区，其中一个以厦门大学漳州校区命名。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

1992年10月，该开发区设立。[2] 招商局集团、中银集团投资有限公司，以及福建省、漳州市和龙海县政府参与开发，经营管理归招商局集团。[1][2]

2002年3月起，港尾镇的石坑、大径、店地、白沙四个村委会改由开发区管辖，这一安排称「区地合一」。[3][6]

2003年7月，上述四个村委会陆续撤销，改设社区居委会；同年7月8日，开发区另增设凌波社区居委会。[3][6]

2010年，国务院批准其升为国家级经济技术开发区。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

开发区位于厦门湾南岸，濒临九龙江出海口，与厦门隔海相望，经厦漳跨海大桥约半小时即可到达厦门。[1] 辖区面积56.17平方千米。[2] 海岸线长约28公里，其中13公里为深水岸线。[1]

经济[edit]

开发区依托港口发展临港产业，港区内有可容纳15万吨级船只的集装箱泊位。[1] 规划之初划分了四个功能区，分别为临港工业、行政文教商贸、高科技园区和港口工业区。[1][2]

开发区的开发建设，由招商局漳州开发区有限公司承担，该公司以先建港口、再建园区、后建城区的次序推进片区开发。[5]

文化[edit]

区内有厦门大学漳州校区。校区于2001年4月6日动工，2003年9月启用，总占地2568亩。[4]
