新村是福建省漳州市龙海区隆教畲族乡下辖的行政村。[1]

村名的来历是：本村原为前线水库迁移而来的村，故以「新村」为名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1947年此地属海澄县太武乡什社保，1959年属港尾公社。1960年改为港尾公社新村大队，1984年改称港尾乡新村村。[1]

1988年，村子划入隆教畲族乡；1993年起称龙海市隆教畲族乡新村村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

本村在2022年12月被评为「2022年福建省卫生村」，评定单位为福建省爱国卫生运动委员会；2025年11月，又被确定为「2025年漳州市乡村振兴实绩突出村」。[1]
