白坑村是福建省漳州市龙海区隆教畲族乡下辖的行政村。[1]

村名的来历是：村中旧有一个大石坑，白色石头裸露在外，十分醒目。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明朝时此地归漳浦县管辖，属镇坑保。1947年，改为镇海乡的白坑保。建国初属第三区，1952年并入第六区，归港尾管辖。[1][2]

1958年成立公社，同年底设立港尾人民公社，此地为其白坑大队。1988年，村子归入隆教畲族乡；1993年起称龙海市隆教畲族乡白坑村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

本村在2022年12月被评为「2022年福建省卫生村」，评定单位是福建省爱国卫生运动委员会。[1]
