下浦村位于东泗乡西南，在南溪中游的西北岸，与渐山村、水浒村相接。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村子最初因许氏开基而称「下许」，清代何氏迁入，许氏又迁走，村临南溪，遂改称下浦。[1]
1947年，下浦为海澄县康乐乡的下浦保。1960年两县并一后，它成为龙海县东泗公社的下浦大队；1984年改为东泗乡下浦村，1993年为龙海市东泗乡下浦村委会。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
北岩山下原有明代古迹鸿福岩，清末已倒塌，2006年重建。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年11月，下浦村获评福建省卫生村。2023年9月，下浦村入选漳州市「一村一品」专业村名单（2023年度），主攻南美白对虾。2024年2月，村子成为第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇的创建对象。[1]
