文苑村是福建省漳州市龙海区榜山镇下辖的行政村，位于九龙江西溪南岸。村庄原在溪坪一带取名南坂，后因宋代漳州知府朱熹途经此地而改称文苑。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期该村归龙溪县文山乡。1952年改属龙溪县第二区的文苑乡，1954年设榜山公社文苑大队，1960年并入龙海县。1984年起隶属榜山乡，称文苑村；1992年撤乡建镇；1993年成为龙海市榜山镇下的文苑村委会。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年2月，文苑村进入福建省省级文明村镇社区名单，评选周期为2018至2020年度。2022年10月，省农业农村厅把文苑村列为第二批乡村治理示范村镇之一。[1]
