洪坂村是颜厝镇下辖的镇乡结合区村。村中河道纵横，过去多遭水患，后迁往高处的土墩建村，故名洪坂。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1947年，村地归龙溪县潮阻乡洪坂保管辖，1952年起改属龙溪县第一区白云乡。1959年，颜厝公社设立洪坂大队。[1]

1993年起，村委会称龙海市颜厝镇洪坂村委会。[1]
