水仙花[edit]
村中以水仙花为特产。相传明景泰年间，在河南为官的张光惠告老还乡，途经洞庭湖时从水面拾得两个水仙花头，带回村中种于圆山脚下，此后水仙花日渐繁衍。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村委会称谓：1984年时为龙海县九湖乡蔡坂村委会，1993年起为龙海市九湖镇蔡坂村委会。[1] 1959年村属九湖公社蔡坂大队，1950年为第九区蔡坂乡，1939年则是龙溪县新塘乡莲坂保。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2023年9月，蔡坂村被认定为「漳州市2023年度市级“一村一品”专业村」（水仙花）；同年12月，又被认定为「2023年度福建省“一村一品”专业村」（水仙花）。[1] 2023年10月，蔡坂村入选「2023年福建省“金牌旅游村”」名单。[1] 2024年2月，村庄被确定为「第二批福建省乡村振兴示范村镇」创建对象；2024年6月，列入「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1] 2025年11月，蔡坂村被认定为「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[1]
