洋坪村是福建省漳州市龙海区九湖镇下辖的行政村，位于漳州南门外的圆山脚下。[1]

村委会设在蔡坑自然村。因本乡已有一个蔡坑村委会，村委会便以洋坪为名。[1] 村中以水仙花为特产。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村委会称谓：1984年时为龙海县九湖乡洋坪村委会，1993年起为龙海市九湖镇洋坪村委会。[1] 早年，1947年为龙溪县莲塘乡洋坪保，1950年归第九区洋坪乡，1959年则属九湖公社洋坪大队。[1]
