九湖村是福建省漳州市龙海区九湖镇下辖的行政村，村名与九湖镇相同。[1]
村名的来历有一段传说：古代仙女抛镜落地，形成九个石窟，村中「九宝碑」为证，最初称九宝窟。解放前与庵兜合为一保，因「九宝保」不好听，改称九湖保，沿用至今。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村委会称谓：1984年时为龙海县九湖乡九湖村委会，1993年起称龙海市九湖镇九湖村委会。[1] 1959年3月，所属公社改名九湖人民公社；1950年村地归龙溪县第一区，1947年则是龙溪县莲塘乡九宝窟保。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2022年10月，「2022年淘宝村」名单发布，九湖村上榜。[1] 2021年10月，南京大学空间规划研究中心与阿里研究院联合公布「2021年淘宝村」名单，九湖村名列其中。[1] 福建省爱卫办于2021年11月授予九湖村「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]
