官园村位于漳州市龙海区程溪镇西部，是镇内的一个行政村，村名由早先的菅园演变而来。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明代许氏来此定居时，村子周围生长着菅芒草，可用来做扫帚，因此起名菅园。据百度百科，后演变为官园。[1][2]

旧属南靖县龙园乡官园保；新中国成立初为南靖县第六区官园乡。1957年改属龙溪县，1958年并入程溪公社的官园大队，1960年并县后仍属程溪公社。1984年为程溪乡官园村委会，1988年改为程溪镇官园村，1993年改称龙海市程溪镇官园村委会。[1]
