东马村在漳州市龙海区程溪镇西南部，是镇内的一个行政村，西面与平和县交界。[1]

村内辖东天尾、山石码、三关塘三个自然村。因山体滑坡、泥石流等地质灾害隐患，三个自然村整村迁建，2011年1月全部搬迁完成。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历是取本村东天尾、山石码两个自然村各一字组合而成。[1]

旧时属南靖县程塔乡东马保；新中国成立初为南靖县第六区粗座乡。1957年改属龙溪县，公社时期为程溪公社东马大队，1960年并县后仍属程溪公社。1984年为程溪乡东马村委会，1988年改为程溪镇东马村委会。[1]

2006年7月，地质专家受省委派遣来村察看，判断村内有地质灾害的隐患。东天尾、三关塘、山石码三个自然村随后整村迁建，迁建地点选在程溪农场桥南安置点。2007年底起村民陆续搬迁，2011年1月26日整体搬迁完成。[2]

整村迁建之后，村内新建了村办幼儿园、卫生所、农民公园和老人活动中心，并设立垃圾中转站，形成“村收集、镇中转”的生活垃圾处理模式。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，东马村入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」名单。[1]

区政府网站提到，东马村获评省级美丽休闲乡村。[3]

村子曾被联合国儿童基金会与国务院妇女儿童工作委员会认可为「儿童友好家园」，此外还获「省级生态村」「十佳优美乡村」等称号。[2]
