和山村位于漳州市龙海区程溪镇，是镇内的一个行政村，村名取自一副清代楹联的首字。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村周围的小山包圆圆的像和尚头，最初称和尚圆，后因“圆”与“园”同音改为和尚园。清乾隆年间，村中祖厝落成，一位秀才题写的对联首字成为村名“和山”。[1]
旧时属南靖县程塔乡和尚园保；新中国成立初为南靖县第六区和山乡。1957年改属龙溪县，公社时期是程溪公社和山大队，1960年并县后仍属程溪公社。1984年为程溪乡和山村委会，1988年改为程溪镇和山村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月，和山村入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」名单。[1]
