海平村位于龙海区的九龙江下游出海口，在海门岛东侧，属浮宫镇管辖，是福建省漳州市的一个行政村。村民历来以海洋捕捞和渔业养殖为生，是一个传统的纯渔业村。全村780户、3030人。[1][2]

地名由来[edit]

村名取自所在之地：海门岛东部的一片平地，四面都有水流环绕。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1940年归海澄县第二区，1950年成为海门乡的下屿社，1956年7月划入城关区。1958年9月并入卫星公社，1959年列为浮宫公社的一部分，1988年改称浮宫镇海平村。[2]

2021年4月，省政府批准随龙海撤市设区，本村行政区划归属作出调整。[1]

村民以海洋捕捞和渔业养殖为主，村内现有耕地70亩。[2]
