杨厝村位于角美镇南部，东邻埔尾村，西接流传村，南靠九龙江，北与内丁农场和上房村相连。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村内的杨厝社以杨姓为名。杨氏先人来自碧溪，居地前有三湖，故又称碧湖。[2]
沿革[edit]
唐初（665年至668年）此地是曾、丁、何三姓的居处。1947年属石美乡杨福保，1984年改为龙海县角美镇杨厝村，1993年5月改称龙海市角美镇杨厝村委会。[1]
荣誉与文物[edit]
2023年2月，本村列入「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单。[1]村内有国家级文物保护单位林氏义庄、市级文物保护单位丁儒墓，还有杨在田故居。[2]
