玉江村位于角美镇西南部，地处九龙江锦江与北港交汇处北岸，东边与流传村毗连，西面接东美村。[1]
地名由来[edit]
村址原是九龙江下游的沙洲，古称玉洲。洲上稻米洁白，江中的虾也洁白，人们因此改称玉江。[1]
沿革[edit]
博雅地名网称该村建村已逾千年，并称梁大同六年（540年）龙溪建县时即属龙溪县。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年9月，本村被认定为「漳州市2024年度市级一村一品专业村」，主产虾类养殖。[1]
