吴宅村位于角美镇西部，国道324线沿村两侧延伸，东边是内丁农场，西边与坂美村接壤，北面连着福井村。[1]

地名由来[edit]

吴姓先人来此开基建屋，村因此得名吴宅。[1]

沿革[edit]

1959年3月，它是角美人民公社下的吴宅生产大队；1960年并入龙海县；1984年村名改为角美镇吴宅村；1993年5月，改名为龙海市角美镇吴宅村委会。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2020年1月，本村获认定为「漳州市2020年度市级一村一品示范村」，主产食用菌。[1]
