坂美村位于角美镇西部，西隔九龙江北溪与榜山镇相望，国道324线经过村境北部。[1]
名称与沿革[edit]
1949年村里设美山大队，因村民居于一座美丽的山下而得名。1985年，因与别地的同名村重复，改称坂美村。[1]
1984年设为角美镇坂美村，1993年5月改称龙海市角美镇坂美村委会。[2]
