大埕社区是福建省漳州市龙海区海澄镇下辖的社区，属城乡分类中的主城区，驻地在大埕巷旁。[1]
地名与沿革[edit]
旧海澄镇区拆分为三个居委会时，这一个居委会设在大埕巷边，社区名由此而来。[1]
民国时期此地属海澄县城关镇内楼保，解放后归海澄县第一区管辖。[1]
1959年归海澄县莲花公社的海澄镇，1960年撤县后改属龙海县莲花公社海澄镇。[1]
1981年设为龙海县海澄镇大埕居委会，2002年起定名龙海市海澄镇大埕社区居委会，沿用至今。[1]
