步文街道是福建省漳州市龙文区下辖的街道，在漳州中心城区东侧。其东面与蓝田街道接壤，南面与碧湖街道相邻，北面以朝阳街道为界，西面隔着芗城区，辖区面积7.83平方千米。[1][2]
步文街道由原步文镇改设，2016年经福建省人民政府批复撤镇设立，以原镇的行政区域为办事处的辖区。[5]
辖区内有明代的永兴堂石造像、宋代始建的赤岭关帝庙和元代建造的崎下桥等文物古迹，田丰社区的何阳拳则是福建省级非物质文化遗产代表性项目。[7][8][9][2]
历史沿革[edit]
1950年，此地属龙溪县第六区。1958年撤区并乡后，这一带先后设卫星人民公社、步文人民公社；1960年龙溪、海澄两县合并为龙海县，步文随之属龙海县。[3]
1984年10月，步文公社的管理机构换为步文乡政府；1991年12月，乡级建制改设为镇。[3]
1996年5月31日，国务院批准设立漳州市龙文区，步文镇所辖的大部分地方随之归入龙文区。[3][5]
1997年3月，步文镇被析分，蓝田与朝阳分别独立成镇，步文之名仍留在本地。[5]
2016年8月18日，福建省人民政府批复同意撤销步文镇、设立步文街道办事处，步文镇这一名称随之取消。[5]
地理环境[edit]
步文街道位于芗城区与龙文区的交界处，是漳州市中心城区的组成部分，属于龙文区的城市核心区。[2]

步文街道下辖13个社区。龙文区民政局公布的行政区划表中，步文街道一项只列社区，未列行政村与自然村。[6]

据百度百科，2019年末的总人口为59000人。[4]
文化[edit]
何阳拳是漳州的一大武术拳种，据称于清代道光年间传入漳州，在田丰村一带流传160余年，传承已逾七代。2021年，省级非遗何阳拳传习中心在田丰社区揭牌；2019年，何阳拳列入福建省第六批省级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录。[2]
名胜古迹[edit]
永兴堂石造像位于石仓社区，明天启五年（1625年）雕刻，共五尊石佛，即释迦牟尼佛、阿弥陀佛、弥勒佛、伽蓝菩萨和韦驮菩萨，底座刻有纪年、捐造者和供养人。2009年11月，该石造像被列为第七批福建省文物保护单位。[7][10]
赤岭关帝庙位于步文社区霞店美内社，始建于宋仁宗年间（1023年至1056年）。庙名在关羽于清顺治九年（1652年）获加封后才定为关帝庙；顺治十四年（1657年）扩建，2000年重修，形成今日三进的格局。[8]
崎下桥位于坂上社区山头顶社，据博雅地名网始建于元代，为石结构梁桥，东西走向，横跨九十九湾溪，长38米，宽2.6米，原桥面用花岗岩石材。[9]
