下高坑社区是福建省漳州市芗城区石亭街道下辖的社区，位于街道东南部，原为下高坑村。村庄坐落在丘陵之间，由几个自然村连成一片凹凸起伏的聚落，故称下高坑。村改为社区后沿用此名。[1][2]

原下高坑村总面积1.3平方千米，耕地140亩，山地400亩，总人口1263人，306户，以陈、吴两姓为主，村民以运输为主要收入。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地先属龙溪县，解放前是石亭乡的一部分，解放后划入五区双坑乡，1956年改隶十区。1958年起隶星火公社；1961年，它被划归漳州市北斗公社，并设下高坑大队。北斗公社于1981年并入石亭公社；1984年此地定名为石亭乡下高坑村委会，自2020年6月3日起为下高坑社区居民委员会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村中有陈氏宗祠和玄天上帝庵。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，下高坑社区获「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。村曾被评为亿元村，并获林果良种推广先进单位和二轮村民自治示范村委会等荣誉。[1]
