埔尾社区是福建省漳州市芗城区石亭街道下辖的社区，位于街道西部，原为埔尾村。博雅地名网将其列作埔美社区，芗城区人民政府的行政区划统计表则作埔尾社区，这里采用政府所用的名称。[1][3]

原埔尾村总人口4500人，1015户，以王、吴、李等姓为主，村民以务工和第三产业为主要收入。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

早年此地属龙溪县石亭区，解放后划为五区塘边乡。1958年归星火公社埔尾耕作区，1961年改归漳州市石亭公社，并设埔尾大队。1984年石亭公社改为乡，大队随即改称埔尾村委会；2020年6月3日起改为埔尾社区居民委员会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

武兴堂的历史可追溯到元末，庙内供奉帝君公、王爷公等神像。现存明崇祯年间的石香炉，下殿有两根盘龙石柱，大门前立有元朝石狮一对。庙宇1988年被列为漳州市级文物保护单位，1997年按原址原貌修复。[2]

王氏宗祠名继述堂，始建于明初，为二进三开间的古建筑。1988年被列为漳州市文物保护单位，1997年在王氏后裔倡议下按原址修建。[2]

埔尾仙祖庵于2003年重建，同年竣工。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，社区被命名为「2023年福建省卫生社区」。村曾被评为漳州市文明村。[1][2]
