雪峰华侨经济开发区是福建省泉州市南安市中部的开发区，前身为1960年设立的雪峰华侨农场，建场时安置的是印尼排华后回国的归侨。[2][3]

开发区东面与洪濑镇相接，西面与康美镇相邻。其人口协调规划面积为28.24平方千米，另有4.24平方千米为详细控制性规划用地。[1]

1997年，省政府批准在雪峰农场的基础上设立开发区，其政策待遇参照省级开发区；农场此前已交由南安市政府管理。[3][2]

历史沿革[edit]

1960年建场时，首批收容的是印尼排华后回国的归侨，共653人；1978年又接收越南归国难民328人。[3]

1997年4月，福建省的华侨农场陆续下放到地方，雪峰农场随之归南安市政府管辖；同年，省政府批准设立开发区。[3][2]

开发区管理委员会于1998年由南安市政府设立，编制为正科级事业单位；侨联2003年组建，党工委2005年设立。2010年，两机构改列行政序列，分别是市委、市政府的派出机构，职级均为正科。[3]

2009年，洪濑、康美两镇中一部分闲置未用的土地被纳入开发区范围，此后统一开发建设。[3][2]

地理环境[edit]

开发区位于南安中部，南侧临近南洪公路，北侧靠杨梅山麓。[1]

经济[edit]

改革开放后兴办加工厂，开发区由农场转向工业经济；2003年后，开发区陆续建设红卫、红专工业园区。[2]
