奎霞村位于石井镇境内，是闽南的侨乡之一，村中的奎霞建筑群是福建省级文物保护单位。[4][5]

名称由来[edit]

境内奎屿岛上空，清晨常有彩霞缭绕，村名由此而来。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

改革开放后，1984年村里设立村委会，并成立了「香港奎霞同乡会」；2004年成立「澳门奎霞乡亲联谊会」，2006年成立「厦门奎霞侨乡联谊会」。[3]

建筑[edit]

奎霞建筑群由奎霞林氏族人在清末、民国及建国初期陆续建造，房屋多排列在东西向奎霞古街的两旁，构成传统街巷体系。[4][5]

现存的清末建筑包括林氏宗祠、林文质故居等，多为砖石木构、硬山顶、燕尾脊；民国建筑包括应源楼、绍东楼、春晖楼等，多为二至三层楼房，外立面用红砖、水泥或砖混结合。[4]

建筑群于2018年列为福建省第九批省级文物保护单位。[4]

荣誉[edit]

2020年2月，奎霞村入选福建省第三批省级传统村落名录。博雅地名网记为2022年10月列入第六批中国传统村落，百度百科则记为2023年列入名录，两说并存。[1][4]

2023年1月，奎霞村上榜「2022年度南安市和谐村（社区）」名单。[1]
