历史沿革[edit]
村原属三十七都，民国时期为太湖保。1949年后设曾岭村。1956年时叫青峰社，隶属官桥区大盈乡。[1]
1958年归文斗公社管辖，1959年曾并入星辉大队；1962年又分立曾岭大队，归水头人民公社。到1985年，它才改称水头镇曾岭村。[1]
村是南安市革命老区基点村之一。[1]

复台功臣何斌又名何延宾，是枫林人，郑成功收复台湾时曾献上台湾海图。[1]
