历史沿革[edit]
宋元时期，溪坂、浯坑属太平乡长乐里三十七都，后园属长乐里三十八都。[1]
民国初年属第四区，后改由大盈乡管辖。1949年后由水头镇管辖，隶属十一区（驻水头）。1954年成立星辉高级合作社，1958年归大盈乡，同年11月组建星辉大队。1961年划入官桥区，1965年改由水头公社管辖；乡建制时期称水头乡星辉村，1985年才正名为水头镇星辉村委会。[1]
地理环境[edit]
石壁水库坝址位于村内石壁头，总库容6147万立方米，上游集雨面积79.6平方公里，灌溉面积15万亩。[1]
九溪又名大盈溪，发源于同安县加张尖山，流经水头后注入石井江，全程约32公里，集水面积达159平方千米。[1]
名胜古迹[edit]
沈佺期墓在村内，为南安市重点文物保护单位，墓碑阴刻楷书「明赐进士，通议大夫，都察院右副都御史复斋沈先生墓」。[1]
福溪宫在溪坂，为明代建筑，几经损毁后重建，供奉保生大帝吴滔。[1]
