新营村位于福建省泉州市南安市水头镇西北部，距镇区约5.6公里，熊山飞瓦岩位于村的西部。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名原作「原里故登瀛」，后改为新营。村原属三十八都，民国时期分为营南、营北二保。[1]

1949年后属新营乡，1958年为新营大队，1984年改设新营村委会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

飞瓦岩在村西的熊山上，寺院始建于元代。清光绪十七年（1891年）寺僧主持重修，寺内石柱镌刻楹联，以闽南石雕工艺著称。[1][2]

人口民族[edit]

村内以李姓为大姓。开基祖汝淳公是五山君怀公的长子。[1]

教育[edit]

上世纪八十年代初，旅菲华侨李玉树夫妇出资兴建新营中学。[1]
