历史沿革[edit]
村原属三十九都，民国时期归水头保。1949年后由水头镇直接管辖，1958年划入后房联社，1965年另立巷内大队，村委会则设于1984年。[1]
著名人物[edit]
侨界人士王宣化（1896—1980）是巷内村人，生于清光绪二十二年。他早年赴菲律宾求学经商，后在海外参与华侨爱国运动，并于九一八事变后在上海投身抗日救亡。[1][2]
