江崎村位于福建省泉州市南安市水头镇南部，东临晋江东石港，西邻山前村和后邦村，水石莲公路从村边经过。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村以驻地得名，早先村内分为江崎下乡和江崎顶乡两处聚落，前者以蔡姓为主，后者以吴姓为主。[1]
村原属南安四十都，民国时期归下店保管辖。新中国成立后，村并入江霞乡；1958年另立江崎大队，后来在1984年才改设村委会。[1]
1992年村里兴办石材厂。2003年，村域土地划为南安市滨海项目区。[1]
