福铁村位于康美镇东部，东溪东侧，观音亭水库的下方，省道307线沿村两侧延伸，距南安市区约十六公里。[1]村内有清代古民居、祠堂，还有明代的傅翰奇墓与清代的福铁都督墓等文物。[1][5][6]截至2012年，全村共有村民1196户、4946人，分为15个村民小组。[2]村名由福水、铁峰两乡各取首字而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地旧时属南安县廿一都，名作洛水。[1]早年为福水乡，曾先后隶属丰州与洪濑；1965年改属康美公社。[1]1984年隶属康美乡，设福铁村委会；1988年归康美镇。[1]

地理环境[edit]

聚落依葵山山麓而建，平面近似长方形，村委会设在过沟。[1]全村面积3.6平方千米（博雅地名网，未注年份）。[2]村域分作七个自然村，分别为过沟、福水、庄内、长仔岸、东山后、小坂与垵内。[1]

人口与经济[edit]

2012年的统计，村民1196户、4946人，耕地两千余亩。[2]村中有森源家俬等二十多家企业，福新工业园区即设于此。[2]农业以甲鱼、生猪养殖为特色，并通过土地流转发展乡村旅游。[3]

文化[edit]

村中祠堂不少，村内还保留着烧制黑瓦的手艺。[2][3]福水一带的石壁土楼是清朝所建，年代已有两百余年，因久未修缮，如今只剩外墙。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

墓在清康熙三十四年（1695年）建成，因墓主之名又称林贤墓；墓主是清初海坛镇总兵林贤和夫人章氏。[3][4]2013年1月28日，福铁都督墓被列为「福建省第八批省级文物保护单位」。[3][5]

博雅地名网另记村中有「林贤墓石刻造像」，年代为清，属「南安市第四批市级文物保护单位」。[1]傅翰奇墓位于小坂，为明代古墓葬，墓坐西向东，占地约一千平方米，墓碑题有万历年间的纪年。[1][6]

荣誉[edit]

1999年，福铁村被南安市委授予「十佳」农村党支部；2001年，南安市委与市政府又将它定为1999至2000年度的文明村。[2]此外曾获「民主法治示范村」称号。[3]
