团结村位于康美镇西端，西面与美林街道的梧山村接界，东面与青山村相邻，南面濒临东溪。[1]村内常住人口5100余人（未注年份），耕地约1200亩。[1]全村分为16个生产组，下辖后畲、吉塘、金树头、对面、三落、下社、竹林、村口等八个自然村。[1]村名「团结」寓意团结协力建设新农村；1965年，由三个大队合并为团结大队。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立前，这里称湖西乡；新中国成立后改称玉叶乡。[1]1961年分出村口、湖西、桔塘三个大队，1965年又合并为团结大队。[1]1984年改设团结村民委员会，隶属康美乡；1988年改归康美镇。[1]

设施[edit]

村内设有老人协会、安息堂、小学、幼儿园和卫生所，各自然村基本完成了水泥路硬化。[1]
