东旭村是康美镇北部的行政村，东接康美村，南邻青山村，北连集星村，西面为齐云山。[1]村内山地较多，博雅地名网记森林覆盖率约九成。[1]全村有人口约4020人、户数约1000户（未注年份），居民以黄、苏两姓为主。[1]村名原为东岩乡，后改称东旭，取「旭日东升」之意。[1]2023年1月，东旭村上榜2022年度南安市「和谐村（社区）」名单。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

东旭村早先名为长岭，一度改称梅岩。[1]新中国成立前此地为长岭乡，新中国成立后曾与东坂村同属东岩乡；1953年分出，设立东旭乡。[1]1984年起归康美乡管辖，1988年划归康美镇。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域内有4公里主干道，均为水泥路面，村内设有东旭小学。[1]村下辖十二个自然村，如金星、西星、南星、新荣、梅星等。[1]
