山溪村位于洪梅镇东北部。村子距南安市区30多公里，梅溪穿村而过。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村子开发于南北朝时期，以黄姓为大姓。宋代分别隶属从政乡的灵感里与德教乡的嘉和里。民国年间，此地分属洪濑镇与芦塘乡。[1]

1949年8月解放后，村子长期归洪濑管辖，其后划归洪梅镇。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2006年，村子被泉州市委评为「文明村」。[1]
