建洪村位于洪濑镇政府驻地北约1.5公里处，村委会设在新侨路的建洪办公大楼。[1][2] 村名取自“增建”“洪星”两地各一字。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

此地解放前后同属洪濑管辖。1958年以后，先有洪星与建民（由民主、增建合并而成）两个蔬菜大队；1961年二者合一，取首字，称建洪大队。[1]

1984年起，本村称洪濑镇建洪村民委员会。[1]
