历史沿革[edit]
新中国成立后此地属鼎诚乡。1958年改入鼎诚大队，1961年分出，设立演园大队；1984年起为演园村民委员会。[1][2]
地理环境[edit]
全村共辖5个自然村，其名为演园、大坪、对前、土炉口、碑排，村民小组有6个。村域地处杨梅山北麓、东溪南岸。[2]
经济[edit]
村中主要种植水稻、甘薯，果林以香蕉、龙眼为主，并有松木、杉木。[2]
文化[edit]
2022年被认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2020年与2023年分别获南安市「和谐村」称号；2020至2022年为泉州市「文明村」。[1][2]
