蓉中村是南安市梅山镇下辖的行政村，位于梅山镇南部，原属芙蓉乡，因地处东溪与蓉溪之间而得名蓉中。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时期属毓英保；新中国成立初称芙蓉乡；1958年设蓉中大队；1984年起为蓉中村民委员会。[1]

地理环境[edit]

村域土地面积1平方千米，村内无山无海，也无矿藏。[4][1]

人口民族[edit]

2024年4月，南安市农业农村局报告称全村共有3400余人，党员171人。[4]

经济[edit]

村内形成了工业区、鳜鱼等水产养殖与教育基地三类产业。[3]

文化[edit]

蓉中村先后被评为「全国文明村」「全国创先争优先进基层党组织」「全国民主法治示范村」，并获「全国社会扶贫先进集体」称号。[4]

2019年列为「省级乡村振兴试点村」，2022年入选「省级乡村治理示范村」，2023年入选「省级乡村振兴示范村」。[4]

2022年，蓉中村入选教育部首批全国「大思政课」实践教学基地（脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴专题）。[4]

2024年1月，蓉中村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」；2021年和2022年两次入选「淘宝村」名单。[1]
