新蓝村在南安市梅山镇西南，距镇政府驻地约1.7千米，因侨胞捐资建设新家乡而取名新蓝。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

民国年间隶属瓦窑保和演厝头保，新中国成立初称新蓝乡。1958年公社化时设为新蓝大队，1984年起为新蓝村民委员会。[2]

地理环境[edit]

村庄临东溪，泉永公路紧邻村庄而过，下辖23个自然村，设31个村民小组。[2][3]

经济[edit]

村中主要种植水稻、小麦、甘薯，并盛产龙眼。[2]

村内有新蓝水电站，另有拉链、砖窑、纸箱等企业。[2]

文化[edit]

村内有蓝园中学、蓝园小学和蓝园高级中学。[2]

2024年1月，新蓝村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」。[1]

著名人物[edit]

据百度百科，村中历史人物陈光纯是爱国华侨，据载曾助力孙中山的革命活动，并投身教育与实业。[3]
