历史沿革[edit]
宋至清代（公元960年至1911年）这里归怀德乡的民寿里，属十六都。[4]
民国年间归林坂乡的林坂保管辖。新中国成立初期与邻村瓯塘并为一村，后改称璞山村，西靠覆船山，故有雅称璞山。[1][4]
1952年后，梅峰、芸塘、林坂三村合为一乡，取首尾二字称「梅坂」乡。[1]
1958年，林坂与芸塘合为梅坂大队；1959年两村分开，林坂另设璞山大队；1984年成为璞山村民委员会；2008年恢复为林坂村民委员会。[1][4]

村民均为林姓。[2]
据1893年（清光绪十九年）林氏族谱所载，肇基祖谦达公在宋末元初任漳州税监，不愿受外族苛政所累，遂隐居于此。[2]
文化[edit]
村内设有中国福建皮划艇激流回旋训练基地，并有党建有声图书馆。[3]
