飞云村位于乐峰镇政府驻地东北约13.7公里处，村域为山区，由笋塔、下村、华溪、顶村、寮山、山当六个自然村组成。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

元、明、清时村地属南安的六、七都，民国时为三十八保。1949年初属乐峰乡，1958年归梅山乡火箭公社，1965年归罗东公社。1984年和1988年先后称罗东乡飞云村、罗东镇飞云村。1999年起划归乐峰镇。[2][3]

名称来历[edit]

村名取自境内山高、多云雾的景象。[4]

地理环境[edit]

耕地1265亩，主要种植水稻、甘薯和大豆；林果有松杉、龙眼和茶叶。[2]

人口民族[edit]

村民1519户5345人，设19个村民小组。[1]

文化与设施[edit]

村内设有飞云小学和笋塔小学，建有华溪水电站和笋塔水库，并有印山林场。[2]

2022年10月，飞云村被福建省农业农村厅认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2022年11月，被确定为「2022年泉州市中级版“绿盈乡村”」。[1]
